I just won tournament 57869 on Magic Online. It was an Eventide-Eventide-Eventide draft.
Although I picked up a Deity of Scars as first pick, I ended up in UR. No one seems to want Streamhoppers and for good reason; 1/1 with jump usually sucks. However, when you enchant them with Clout of Dominus it is a completely different story. Turn 2 swing for 3. It's got shroud, do something about it! I easily had turn 5 wins unless my opponent had enough blockers. I only lost won game to an 1806 player running White Mimic.
1 Battlegate Mimic
3 Clout of the Dominus
1 Crag Puca
1 Double Cleave
1 Duergar Mine-Captain
1 Fire at Will
1 Flame Jab
1 Inside Out
1 Jawbone Skulkin
3 Noggle Bandit
1 Outrage Shaman
3 Puncture Blast
1 Riverfall Mimic
4 Stream Hopper
1 Thunderblust
1 Unwilling Recruit
16 Mountain
The trick to this deck was to turn out stream hoppers and pump them. It would be better to have more Riverfall Mimics, but I was cut off on them. Noggle Bandit is great evasion. When equipped with a Clout of Dominus it is unstoppable. I think if I were to do this again I would cut out the Jawbone Skulkin and the Unwilling Recruit. Recruit is awesome, but it never did anything for me. The deck is too fast for skulkin to make a difference.
A typical game went like this:
Turn 1: Stream Hopper
Turn 2: Stream Hopper, Clout of Dominus, swing for 4
Turn 3: Noggle Bandit, swing for 4
Turn 4: Cloud on Bandit, swing for 8
Turn 5: Swing, blocked hopper, Puncture Bolt, win
Inside Out works great with the Mine-Captain. I would use the captain's abilty to pump it, stack damage, then cast Inside Out to save the captain and draw a card.
Be careful of White Mimic. They can play Double Cleave as well, which can mess up your math when staring down their WB mimics.
